James Schoch Speaks Out On His Case Update Where He Was DENIED ACCESS To His CHILD Even Though It Was COURT ORDERED

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back James Schoch to the podcast. James was last on the podcast Season 3, Episodes 3, 37 and 109. James brought up that it is Parental Alienation Awareness Day and has felt that Family Court is a trap for parents and does a great disservice to the taxpayer.
    In court on April 20th, 2023, a NEW Attorney For The Child appeared out of nowhere and WANTED Father to have contact immediately with his son, so orders were written  by The Honorable Mary Anne Scattaretico-Naber, A.F.C.J. for a Social Worker to do assigned visitation with James and his son the 22nd and the 29th.  James packed his son his favorite nutritious snacks and went to the Supervised visit. Mother was a NO SHOW.
