Here is my favorite smoothie recipe:

  • Acai Berry Puree (these are the kind I use)
  • Frozen strawberries (50 grams)
  • Frozen blueberries (50 grams)
  • Frozen raspberries (50 grams)
  • Banana (fresh or frozen cut in chunks)
  • Almond Milk  or Water (1-2 c to 1 cup depending on the thickness you like)!
  • 1 scoop  protein powder

Blend all together!
