Ultra Achievements with Beth Pascall
Despite coming to ultra-running fairly late, Beth Pascall has already achieved phenomenal success; coming 4th and 5th in the two top 100 mile races in the world placed her well and truly amongst the greats.
Setting fastest known times (FKTs) on the Cape Wrath trail and the Bob Graham Round have cemented Beth's status as an extraordinary endurance athlete, so Charlie wanted to chat to her about what it takes to be able to run 100 mile + races.
