Lock wheeling relates to the practice of going on ahead of a boat (usually on a bicycle) to set up the locks and open the gates for it to go through with the minimum of effort. It is an often overlooked, tiring, and yet invaluable task - it is ALWAYS highly appreciated!
I aim to keep NoSW free to all listeners, but I also know that there are many who want to feel that they can show their support (do a bit of lock-wheeling!).  You can 'lock-wheel' for the show by recommending and posting reviews and comments. However, I have been asked about financial support. Please do not feel obliged - NoSW is FREE. However, any money given will be used to offset running costs and enable me to access more advanced editing and transcription services.
