Clarity emerges when I shift from “how do we build?” to “has anything been built?” This redirects focus from fleeting feelings to enduring patterns and objective reality. My healing begins by recognizing moments as snapshots that aren’t built upon. The path forward involves grounding myself in consistency, rebuilding internal continuity through boundaries and memory, and choosing stability through rediscovering my identity.
