Bill is President of GBGroup Construction & Painting.  He is a recognized expert in Community Association Construction, finance and operations.  Bill is extremely active in, and committed to, furthering the education of others in the field of Association Management.  He is a founding member of the California Association of Community Managers, past President of the Bay Area and California North chapter of CAI, past National Trustee of CAI, as well as a member of many committees, instructor for ECHO, CAI, CACM, CAA and RHA. 

Brad Bacome is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) with extensive experience managing diverse homeowners’ associations across California. Currently serving as a Portfolio Community Association Manager at Keystone Pacific/The Manor Association, Brad oversees multiple single-family, multi-family, condominium, and master-planned communities. His expertise spans budget creation, financial analysis, vendor management, and policy development, with a strong focus on fostering community values and governance excellence. Brad has a proven track record in new client acquisition, mentorship, and leadership, and actively contributes to industry initiatives through CAI committees and podcasts. With a background in property management and a degree in Business Administration, he combines operational efficiency with strategic vision to deliver exceptional service and community engagement.
