"Mindfulness" is one of those words that can have the tendency to draw someone away if they don't completely understand what it is or how to practice it. Luckily, psychotherapist Becca Marcus is here to explain how mindfulness can be beneficial to anyone's life, no matter if they're practicing a formal or informal version of it.
