We sit down with Adjunct Lecturer for Mindfulness Meditation, Wellness Mindfulness Professional, and Yoga Instructor Martha Rouleau, Gail Pascaris, Laura Beltrán-Rubio and Sophia Sabardine to talk about Mindfulness.  During this stressful time during the semester, they talk to us about ways to help manage our stress so that it does not control out life.  They share some tips of what one can be doing now along with ways to get connected to one of the many mindfulness programs W&M Health & Wellness has to offer.
