When we let people tell their stories we see how the Holy Spirit is already working to inflame their hearts with the love of God. First, we must learn to listen and respect the unique mystery of every person's life story. In listening, the Spirit reveals what to say and when to say it so that we are having the conversation God wants us to have rather than pushing our own agenda.
