How do we apply all these things we’re learning, put them in our daily life so we can see the long term results? (Yes my diet is weird by most people’s standards! If your goal is ONLY fat loss or muscle gain, not everything is essential. My goal is pique health and energy, along with controlling fat and building muscle!)
