  • Are you working too hard? Understand the stress cycle.
  • Start learning how to prioritise yourself. 

Being able to prioritise yourself is what you need to choose to stop eating naturally.  Here,  I talk you through understanding what's behind your eating in the evening (or at specific times), and how this relates to being able to address what you really want and need.
