Since November 2021 employers are required to check whether employees are vaccinated, recovered or tested („3G“). Our colleagues show how to comply with this new obligation and how to avoid fines. Please note that since recording this episode the regulation was already amended for the first time: from 15.11.2021 only PCR tests will be admissible.
