#47 Sophie Staniforth: How to Achieve More by Training Less, Managing Your Priorities, and Finding Balance with Nutrition
In this week's episode we sit down with Les Mills Group Fitness Manager and instructor Sophie Staniforth! Sophie and Shenae actually met back in Perth and we talk all about Sophie’s transition in moving back to NZ, stepping up to her first managerial role and how difficult it was to navigate that when Covid first hit.
Sophie shares how we should acknowledge all of life stressors as overall load on the body (not just the physical) and how it all plays a part in structuring a manageable routine.
Sophie is also currently studying to be a nutritionist and gives us tips on how one size does not fit all!
As always you can catch us on Instagram, Youtube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts @TheHighFrequencyClub.
