#65 Guy Wills: "I Was a Weekend Alcoholic!", Tips to Manage Your Relationship with Alcohol
Guy Wills is an alcohol rehab facilitator who coaches people on building a more conscious and healthier relationship with alcohol. His journey to be the man he is now is incredibly relatable for a lot of people, binge drinking at an early age because it's what been role modelled to us by our parents, peers and social environment. Until one day his partner gave him an intervention to end all interventions. He checked himself into AA and started asking the deep questions to WHY he drank in the first place. This episode is about how alcoholism was the symptom to Guy's underlying mental health, past traumas and self-confidence issues.. and if you think you're drinking too much or know someone who is, this is an essential listen to help you understand what seems to be normal in our society.
