Feeling inadequate at different times in life is a normal part of the journey of life. New situations, experiences and even reflecting on our lives can cause these feelings to arise.
However, inadequacy is not something we should live with. We can take action once we acknowledge it to address it.
In this episode, I share something that has caused me to feel inadequate. Also, I share tips to help you through whatever inadequacy you are dealing with.
