069 Reflection on Sudden Endings
How do you deal with sudden endings? It can happen at any time to anyone. The sudden end of a relationship, friendship or other life situations can induce feelings of loss or sadness. These situations, feelings or emotions can be unexpected yet sudden endings are a part of life.
In this episode, I share my thoughts on a recent sudden ending that I had. I haven't said what it is yet as I am still processing what it means for my life. However, I will probably share more about it in a later episode.
If you have experienced a sudden ending and struggle to understand, accept or move on from it, I hope this episode encourages you to know as one door closes another will open.
