088 The past is expensive
What is the cost of holding onto your past hurt, trauma, insecurities, fears or doubts? In this episode, I share something that I held onto from my past for over 20 years. Thankfully by the grace of God, I let it go and now I am trying my best to live an empowered life to the full. It is not easy to let go at times of the past, especially if something has hurt you deeply. However, the cost is expensive. Do you want to use your future to pay for it?
