We are living in some troubling times at the moment. The world seems to be going from bad to worse with rumours of wars, wars, recession, cost of living crisis, all kinds of evil being promoted as good, and civil unrest. Every day, it seems something troubling or concerning is going on that does not include the personal challenges we all face in our lives. In this episode, I share some tips on how to not lose hope, and stay optimistic.

Romans 12:12: Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. John 16:33: I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world, you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.
