094 How to build mid-life confidence
Recently I went to my first networking event in four years! At the Karen Brady business and Tech event, I had many conversations with women from different backgrounds. However, I noticed in most of my interactions that many women, especially middle-aged women, said they were finding it hard to get the confidence or courage to jump into the things they wanted to do.
So with these ladies in mind in this episode, I share some things I noticed from my mid-life journey that helped me build my confidence.
