Amol Gupta is an upcoming junior at the University of Georgia, pursuing a business degree. He has trained in martial arts from the age of five, and has achieved second degree black belt in American Karate.
In this conversation, Amol and I focus on the role of martial arts in moulding an individual and shaping them to handle life both mentally and physically strong.
