It often happens to me (And I am fairly convinced many will relate) – I am waiting in line, or for an appointment, I am bored, and I am on my phone, 'brain-draining'. Minutes of my life are waisted. And then – I am the one who claims that I have no time to meditate? Even though I know about all those benefits of this practice? Reduced inflammation, better subjective state of wellbeing. And so much more. 

This practice is the tool I started to use more. It takes 9 breaths to bring back the 'control' over what I am consuming and what is truly useful and wise right now.
