In the case for Chris Hinkle, his passion is preparing delicious meals for others and his family is the reason behind Fusion Street Eatery in Dunedin. Chris gained some valuable experience working for other large restaurants giving him the confidence to open his own business when the time was right. It is challenging enough to open a restaurant from an unproven idea and then add in the effects of COVID.
