MSPT, is a physical therapist, certified strength and conditioning specialist and former U.S. national taekwondo champion and team captain. He is the creator of the TRX® Rip Trainer, the Nautilus® Glute Drive and the Escape Barrow, and has delivered sports performance education to coaches, trainers and athletes all over the world. He also recently authored his first book, a novel called CRUZ. Specializing in biomechanics, core performance and agility, Pete uses his experience as an elite-level athlete and his knowledge of the human body to bring out the "athlete" in us all. He recently presented at IDEA PT East, IDEA World and AspenBrainLab, and is an active contributor to PTontheNet, IDEA Fitness Journal and STACK magazine.
