    From the western suburbs in Chicago and attended the University of Iowa on a football scholarship and graduated with a BA in Sociology. Garnered Big Ten Champion honors in 2002 and played professionally in the CFL, NFL, and AFL.
    I always had a passion for fitness and my purpose is coaching, leadership and mentoring. Going into my 18th year in the fitness industry and I started as a sports specific personal trainer which transitioned into commercial fitness with Xsport and then Life Time for the last 13 years.
    I've had the fortune of working at 8 out of the 11 locations in Chicago and the past 7 years I've led as a General Manager and Senior General Manager.
    I've helped train and develop over 7 GM's into their roles and had the privilege to work with a multitude of different team members across Chicago.
    I'm currently in the process of grand opening our amazing Oakbrook resort which is our newest location in Chicago.
    Recently, I've helped create a partnership with Life Time and Beyond Sports Foundation, a non profit organization that empowers Chicago-land student athletes to succeed in life.
    We are providing workshops, job shadowing, employment and internships that are part of our DE&I community outreach.
