• Eat veggies and protein. 
• Walk. 
• Wear your seat belt. 
• Don’t smoke. 
• Floss your teeth. 
• Put weights overhead. 
• Pick weights off the floor. 
• Carry weights. 
• Reread great books. 
• Say thank you
