A terribly brutal set of murders occurred over a few weeks that terrorized the city and surrounding areas. Detectives Izaka and Fitzmaurice aided in the capture of a serial killer. Unfortunately, not before the killer could murder one more victim. The recent murders seemed to follow a ritualistic serial killer that struck in the 1990s and was ultimately unsolved. The detectives are eager to interview the alleged serial killer and try and make sense of both the most recent acts of violence and what happened decades ago.
