Variety Show for the Soul
Variety Show for the Soul came out in 2020, but has slowed down due to Jamie's busy holistic health practice. The episodes that remain are meaningful, and aim to serve all who are led to listen to them.
The show was always dedicated to wellness on all levels of the human experience- spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional! We are here to give those of you who are curious about different approaches to aid in your well-being, spirituality and mental health a place to get informed about the many different people, places, and tools that are out there that may have been under the radar for you so far on your journey. In each episode, we will often meet a new person who serves those seeking healing, personal empowerment, lifestyle changes, spiritual awareness, and new wellness practices. Each episode will give a special takeaway for our listeners to bring into their daily lives to aid in their well-being.
