Our guest is Russell Vincent, 34 years old, who lived in Jamaica until age 12 and migrated to the states in 1998. He lived in Miami, Florida for over 15 years & moved to Texas for 3 years. Currently, Russell & his wife Amy reside in Lincoln Nebraska.

Russell started hiking 🥾 when the pandemic started and has been hiking & traveling ever since.
