Sue is a dynamite force in the artisan cheese industry. Today we delve into her multi-decade career, from starting out in public relations, to running front and back of the house of a catering company, to working at the Ritz Escoffier in Paris...and that's just the first few years of her career! Sue ultimately fell in love with artisan cheese, first in France and later in the United States. She was instrumental in creating the CCP (Certified Cheese Professional) exam...like the bar exam for cheese professionals. Sue went on to start multiple companies focusing on cheese education, teaching students from all over the world about cheese making, affinage (the craft of aging cheese), retail/sales, and more.
