#5 - Michael James Wong on meditation and mindfulness for the modern world

In episode #5 of The Health Club podcast Tom McAdam speaks with Michael James Wong.

Michael is a meditation and yoga teacher, speaker, author and community activist. Through the Just Breathe project which he founded, Michael’s mission is to help more people understand how to live mindfully through events, content and education.

Michael really gives a masterclass in meditation and mindfulness, defining some of the fundamental terms, explaining what meditation practice actually is and giving practical advice on how you can build mindfulness into your life and start and maintain a meditation practice.
