It aims to be a welcoming, approachable conversation that honors emotion while offering real life solutions to the pain and fears people are experiencing right now in an incredibly vulnerable time known as 2020, that is only going to be amplified during the holidays. The three hosts strive to give people the tools to talk about what's happening and to reach out - for themselves and for anyone about whom they're worried. In a lively, yet informative conversation, audiences can learn and laugh a little, and look at some tough realities -- from Covid fatigue and political unease to economic woes and feelings of isolation-- so everyone knows they're not alone and their experience matters.
