GEM stands for 'Going the Extra Mile'; we help Gloucestershire people facing obstacles in getting into work find meaningful roles for themselves. We are a partnership of over 40 organisations, mainly charities, working together to support local people. The project is managed by Gloucestershire Gateway Trust on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council and funded jointly by the National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund.
