In a world where we’re expected to juggle it all—work, family, and self-care—perfectionism can really sneak up on us, especially in our fitness and health journeys. It’s one of the biggest things that can hold us back from feeling strong, confident, and capable in our bodies. So today, I’m going to break down why we feel this way, five main struggles of perfectionism, and, most importantly, five real strategies to help us let go of these unrealistic expectations and focus on what really matters.
