Cary Thomas, the host of Camouflaged Beauty is a speaker, mentor, and active duty Senior Non-commissioned Officer in the US Air Force. The Camouflaged Beauty podcast shines light on the stories of trial trauma & triumphs of Military & Veteran women. 

Cary’s vision is to serve as a voice for people who struggle with over-thinking, self doubt and ailments of the mind. She has a passion to empower women to pursue honest self-assessment to improve their outlook on self and life and inspires others to Glow while you Grow.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, a Masters in Human Services Counseling.

Her personal mantra "Be kind to your body, soul, and mind" is a reminder that we must treat ourselves the way we want to be treated.
