The girls then discuss mirror glazes, the high cost of isomalt, and how you can melt down candies instead. Lisa wonders about the budget for ingredients when the subject of Dylan's amalfi lemon show stopper is brought up, and both girls muse that there always seems to be a flavor king or queen each season. Lisa and Allison then close out the show with a seasonally appropriate discussion on carmel apples.
