I didn't get the job because I didn't speak English

In this episode, we Talk Insurance with Zaira Fernandez. She's been in the industry for over 15 years and has managed one of the largest multi-location agencies in California. Most recently, she decided to do what some people might call crazy: she started a business during a pandemic and did so with no fear because the one thing she could count on is the strength of the insurance industry. While other businesses have closed their doors, she continues to go to work daily and is so grateful for it.
