Intro:

Are you ready to create a life you crave? Let's spin that doom loop of negativity into an upward success cycle and start living lucky. I'm Janna, I'm Jason and we are living lucky. Good morning.

Jana:

We want to talk about coherence healings this morning.

Jason:

I didn't even know what coherence healings were.

Jana:

Have you ever had a pain or some sort of cramp in your side? Illness Maybe you have an illness or a disease. Maybe you've had the big C Cancer.

Jason:

COVID.

Jana:

COVID, maybe you've had chronic fatigue syndrome, depression. Or depression, something that you have just not been able to get over, or that makes you just feel hopeless despair, something that you just think, oh my gosh, I cannot believe that I am stuck in this circumstance.

Jason:

You know, this reminds me of when I got COVID and I got hospitalized.

Intro:

Yes, and I landed in the emergency room.

Jana:

Yes.

Jason:

They're like you've got COVID and you've got COVID pneumonia. You have to go in the hospital, and one of the first things that was said to me was this isn't good.

Intro:

Right.

Jason:

I was in the bottom like negative 1% and I started being treated like you're just going to die, like this was back when the ventilators.

Jana:

This was at the beginning. This was at the beginning of COVID, because when there's stacking bodies in the streets people are getting hooked up to ventilators.

Jason:

I was kind of isolated in this lockdown room and people are talking to me like almost like I'm sorry, good luck, your family can't come see you. What did you bring with you? Is there anyone we can call? It was just. It was kind of very sad and breaking my heart and making me scared.

Jana:

Well, it's not only exactly, you know, you start getting into that downward spiral. It took me down and I'm super positive you start going into that downward spiral, because you start seeing the looks of people around you and they start talking in this doom, like, like there's no hope.

Jason:

Yeah, it was like. I was like this is not what I want. I would rather hear hey, you just have to fight for this because you've got a 1% chance of winning.

Jana:

And that's what so many people go through in life. You know you start getting some sort of some sort of illness. Maybe it's just your hormones are off balance and you start going to the doctor. You start trying to find answers and I mean doctors are just throwing out. They don't. They don't really know what's happening. I mean, hormones are so off the charts it depends on what day you go in to do the spit test and then they're like oh you need this and this and this.

Jana:

And then they try to give you medicine to just try to put a band-aid on it, and then you go home and that makes everything worse because there's side effects to everything and now you're even more in disflux, right, and then you've got more of a problem and you feel like nobody understands you and you start going in this spiral. And then you get these thoughts in your head and you you think, oh my gosh, like doom, it's doom.

Jason:

I think it's the thoughts in our head are one of the biggest battle battle weapons that we have.

Jana:

Because the thoughts start creating feelings, the reality, and then your amygdala brain kicks in. And because you start creating these feelings like oh my gosh, this is bad, this is bad you start seeing looks on the faces of people around you and they start treating you differently, just like they did you in the hospital. And when that happens I mean when you were in the hospital people started bringing me food and I'm like what Is my husband going to die, you know? And then I started feeling like oh my gosh, I need to text him and call him.

Jana:

You start my parents, I, what do I do? And then I bring a different energy. It's all about the energy we bring and we can all feel it and then we all show up differently and when we show up differently. We're all playing a role in this play of life. We're bringing that energy to the party and we're all being cast in this movie, this movie script, and and we all fall into it so perfectly and and who is actually casting the parts and and making who's the director? Who is doing all of this?

Jason:

we are, it's like we're we're not only the characters, but we're also the director, and that in that situation, it felt like the news media was the director and we were all saying, okay, we'll play in that role. You know we want, or the, the, the media in general, was saying we want everyone to feed into the fear and feed into this and what? What I realize I got. I know this in my soul and in my heart.

Jason:

Yes, but our bodies and our autonomic nervous systems, the cells in our bodies are, are made to heal themselves and and we are so just amazingly structured and made to to regenerate and and heal right when we allow our bodies to do the work that they're designed to do. But we, we get in the way, but we live in the state of stress and just we overwork our bodies all the time because we're so worried about things that aren't even happening in the future. We worry about things that have already happened in the past and they're done with, and we are constantly overworking everything in our bodies, in our autonomic nervous system, that we don't allow ourselves to just reboot and and believe that we can do it like everything's working in our favor and to just show up, yeah, and to just trust that you know what I've got this and, whatever happens, I've handled it in the past, so you know what I can handle it again now.

Jana:

At any rate, we're getting a little off topic. Where I wanted to go with this is that Jason and I we had the opportunity to be a part of three coherence healings. Now, if you've ever had any type of ailment or illness or, like I said, any type of disease and you're in that place of I don't know what to do about this, a coherence healing is really quite miraculous, because who? What this was is? It was 1500 people in a room together, all in a state, and when I say state, I mean we're rubbing our hands together and we're all getting the energy. We're all in a trance and it may sound a little weird if you've never heard of anything like this, but we're literally in a meditative state where we are channeling this healing energy this it's.

Jason:

It's a vibration, it's an electromagnetic, magnetic vibration of just love and good vibes and in fact, just saying it, I can feel the like.

Jana:

My whole body just literally went into that feeling. I could feel the tingles in my body, just saying it. That's it. I'm having residual coherence, healing right now, because we did three in a row and it was really life-changing. It was really life-changing. From these, what, what happens is people are are with ailments, lie on the ground and then the other 1500 people gather around them with the intention to rub their hands together and to heal, just to put out healing energy in the room. Now it doesn't matter if you are one of the people laying on the ground or if you are one of the healers that are in there putting the energy out. If you're in the room, you will feel the energy.

Jana:

You're getting the energy, I got the energy, and I'm feeling it now, just talking about it and thinking about it, my body is literally going into. It feels like static electricity. That's what it feels like. It feels like when you were younger and you would wake up and your hair would stand up. Do you remember those days when you would go to school and you would be like why is my hair standing up?

Jason:

Why is my hair stuck to the roof of the car?

Jana:

Yeah, like my.

Jason:

You had the felt covered roof car.

Jana:

Yes, Like right now, even my thoughts are kind of floating. My brain feels like it's kind of moving.

Jason:

In that eighth center it is.

Jana:

It's kind of just transcending a little bit, ahhhhhhh, but you said while you were in it yeah, so the second healing from my knees down.

Jason:

It was the weirdest thing, because my legs felt like, from the my knee joint to the bottom of my feet felt initially like they were on complete fire, like not like a flame fire, but like a molten fire, and then ice cold and it was like not a not like ice, maybe like an ice bath cold, okay, and that just it was long periods, I don't know what time kind of stood still. Yeah, it felt like I was like this is weird, but I don't know if it's, it's not real.

Intro:

Yeah.

Jason:

But it's like I don't know how long it's happening, but it's just happening and it's a weird. I don't even it's weird to talk about it out loud, but it just. I just allowed for it because, I was like this is probably what's supposed to happen and I just allowed for that to be a possibility. And I've been suffering from pain in my feet since I did the Kamino de Santiago and that was a year ago and that happened again on the third healing have you ever had frostbite? I haven't Well.

Jana:

I've had, even as a child, or anything.

Jason:

Well, frostbite is not to the extent where anything turns black and has to be removed, but I've had Well, I know you have your lamps. Where I've had extremely cold digits.

Intro:

yeah, Because, oh yeah, remember that time, when we got.

Jana:

Oh, oh. I just thought of a story. One time Jason and I got it, we went to this lake and we got lost. And I mean this is a really long story and when I tell it you're going to think, oh my gosh, they must have been high up on some sort of drugs, but we lost our boat and then we couldn't find the car. Remember, we had to swim to shore.

Jason:

Oh yeah, Is this the one we got the hit in the nose?

Jana:

Yeah, I got hit in the nose with a T-shirt. Cannon, I know you guys are thinking what these circumstances sound crazy, but we went to this party on a lake. It was a party on a lake. I was actually the MC and they took me to the middle boat and then all these boats surrounded us and so, in order to get out because this party went on for days and I'm like I can't stay here for days my parents are visiting.

Jason:

We were the MC for a couple hours.

Jana:

Yes.

Jason:

And we're like OK, well, my MC is up.

Jana:

And while we were there, someone shot a T-shirt cannon up in the sky.

Intro:

It was a law firm.

Jana:

A law firm. A law firm just by coincidence shot a T-shirt cannon up in the sky and it just so happened I was laying on an inner tube and I mean I was relaxing, having a drink in the sun, just having a good old time, and it came down and popped me in the nose and my nose started bleeding. So I had blood everywhere. I'm like, oh my gosh, this is quite the sight. But anyway, after we were there all day long, I was like I have got to leave. So we had to swim to shore underneath the boats and through the boats and through inner tubes. And then when we got to shore I was like I have no idea how we're going to get to our car because I didn't have a wheelchair.

Jason:

It's like it's probably only a mile or so. I'll walk to get it.

Jana:

Yeah. So Jason was like well, I'll just walk. Well, he didn't have shoes, we didn't have clothes, I didn't have a wheelchair, and when he went to walk to find the car, the lake started winding all around and there wasn't a road. And next thing, you know he's like going through backyards and he was on pavements and on highways and he burnt the bottom of his feet.

Jana:

He burnt all the skin off the bottom of my feet and it was sunburned to the point where he had first degree burns First degree burns and we had to take him to the emergency room. And in the meantime I was sitting on the side of the lake and the police came and they were like ma'am, you can't be here, you need to leave. And I was like I can't walk. And they were like are you inebriated? And I'm like no, and they were like you need to leave and I'm like I seriously can't walk and I'm like I need a wheelchair. It must have sounded absurd. And then you went to you.

Jason:

I finally found a hotel and got a cab that would trust me enough to take me to the car.

Jana:

You didn't have a wallet and you didn't have shoes. I have a shirt, you didn't have a shirt. So even getting in the hotel, the hotel, it was a nice hotel, yeah, the hotel is like you can't come in without a shirt.

Jason:

I was like, can I just make a phone call? I just need to call me a cab please. And the cab showed up and luckily the cab driver I was like my wife is a radio personality in town. I promise you I will pay you when we get to the car. My phone is there, my keys are in the car, my wallet is there. So there's a level of trust that a cab is like. I'm not going to give a guy on a highway at a hotel in shorts that looks like he just got off the lake.

Jason:

His feet are burned. There's no skin on the bottom of his feet and it looks completely homeless.

Intro:

Oh my gosh, I forgot.

Jason:

A ride and he can't tell me where he wants to go, just that there's a car somewhere around here and he can show me.

Jana:

I totally have forgotten this story.

Jason:

It does not sound like a good plan for a cabbie and he's like I'm going to trust you. But I don't even know how we were in good favor that day. Even though it did not turn out well for my feet. We were in good favor.

Jana:

And then the whole Just of the story is that when we finally got home, my parents were there and Jason had these. I mean, we had to go wrap his feet. Explain to your parents and my feet are my dad was like I don't think you made good decisions today. I did the best of what I had he was so disappointed in his, his daughter and his son in law was any. I mean we felt like you made a bad decision.

Jason:

You made bad decisions all day today. Best decision your life when you married my daughter. So okay.

Jana:

So I mean we totally squirrel off. But what I'm thinking is maybe that healing help to your, your feet, from that injury all the way back then it's very possible I might have been where the tingling started and I just activated it on the commuter okay, so I know we've gone really, really long.

Jana:

I wanted to talk more, though, about how this healing works, because, literally, this energy Really helps and we really run out of time. We're gonna do a part two on this series, so stay tuned, because I want to not only Delve a little deeper into the science behind this, but also some of the testimonials of people that were literally being healed before our eyes, and also how this whole technique works. Even through A computer screen, you can do it remotely, which just blows my mind no space, no time and now, after experiencing it, I am joining a healing group.

Jana:

That is something that I'm going to do, because helping other people Just not only feels good, it raises my vibration, but seeing miracles Helps me believe yeah, and when you give you get, I mean it's is, you don't give to get, but it just happens yes it's, it's.

Jason:

It's one of the most amazing little synchronicities of life.
