The daughter of immigrants from Nicaragua, Martha came to Miami when she was 10 years old with her parents and learned to speak English. Her Dad, who saw the value of her studying math and science, encouraged Martha to study both subjects – and as a result, she obtained her MBA.
Because of her Dad’s encouragement to know no boundaries, she now has 20+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, semiconductor, networking, and network security at start-ups, private, and public companies. As an executive, she has successfully led through 20+ mergers and acquisitions, including managing several integration and acquisition exits. Prior to joining her present position at Talroo, Martha held senior leadership roles in marketing at RigUp (now Workrise) and Enverus - both companies have reached unicorn status.
