I get this question so frequently, "do I have to give up my morning cup of coffee to heal from (blank)?" The good news is the answer is no, you can still heal your body and enjoy a cup or two of coffee. What might need to go is all the junk you are adding to it! And also, the type of coffee you are drinking. Goodbye Dunkin, Starbbies, Folgers, and Kcups!
