Hey football fans, this episode is dedicated to explaining the six rules updates and four points of emphasis, for the 2020 Season. Hopefully the season will be played in March and April of 2021. "Coach" Smith explains these updates in a way that is easily understood.
The rules used in NYS are written by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS). They are based in Indianapolis, IN. Most high schools in the United Sates follow these rules.
