Educating ourselves on the menopause
Show Notes

In season 1 I had three episodes that focused on perimenopause and menopause. A lot of women entering this phase of their life come armed with no information about the changes their bodies are likely to go through. I did not know or understand much about perimenopause and my GP was no help. In fact, he was very dismissive and condescending which annoyed me!

I am always eager to learn more. So, I was delighted when my guest this week agreed to join the podcast cast to share her knowledge and expertise.
