I sat down with Igor Kreyman @iamigorkreyman to talk about the magic that happens when we look into each other's eyes.
We are exploring the fact that eye-gazing has profound physiological as well as psychological benefits and discuss why it can be so challenging for some to look into someone else’s eyes.
We are talking about Igors journey of how eye-gazing led him to create The Human Connection Movement @thehcmovement, what The Human Connection Method involves and how people of all ages and from all walks of life can benefit from this simple yet profound technique.
In his first experience of eye-gazing, Igor felt the beginning of a deep coming home to himself because he was seeing the reflection of himself in the other person's eyes. Igor is a warm-hearted soul who shares beautifully how the work that he has created can support others in finding their way home to themselves.
