I sat down with Dr. Erin Hawken @erin_hawken to talk all things chiropractic.

We are talking about how the spine is literally the motor for your brain that carries all the information up into the brain so it can see what’s happening on the inside. From then it can make changes and respond. We are talking about this internal GPS system, what happens if it goes online, what to do to keep it online and how it will make your life more enjoyable.
Erin is the most amazing Chiropractor and she is such a beautiful, caring and nurturing soul who holds an incredible amount of depth and knowledge in her field and practices with an immense sense of love and passion to support people from all walks of life on their journey to wellbeing.
