Hello and welcome to the Pleasurepreneur podcast. This podcast will help you create what you desire in your business with pleasure. Whether that be calling in your ideal clients, making more money, or creating a balanced business life blend, I'm your host. Regan Fig pleasure and business coach, published author of a Mother's Pleasure wife and mama to three little Wildlings.

However, you're choosing to listen to this podcast. Ask yourself, how can I make this more pleasurable and do just that? I acknowledge the custodians of the land on which this podcast is recorded and produced, the Wadi Wadi people of Doland. Now let's proceed with pleasure.

Speaker: Hello. Hello. Welcome back to the podcast. I am recording this podcast episode as I drive home from the airport [00:01:00] because I have just spent the last four days interstate on the Gold Coast. I have seen three of my best friends. I've had the most incredible photo shoot and like life is just freaking doing its thing for me at the moment.

And so I'm gonna share a little bit about that with you today, and it starts by me sharing with you that I was bawling in business class, like I was bawling my eyes out in business class on the flight home today after we had kind of like taken off. You know, the, I don't know if you're the same, but I get this like thrill and excitement when I, like when the plane is leaving the ground going up in the air, it's like, oh, I can feel it in my belly.

And like I just had this rush and it bring, it brings me really present. Like, and this is the thing about pleasure, right? When we are like dialed into the pleasure we're getting from something, we are so present to the moment, so present to the moment, and when we're not present, we [00:02:00] can't feel our feelings When we are present, my gosh, we can feel all our feelings.

This is why like, pleasure is the best fucking thing anyway. Well, there's a number of reasons to be honest. So anyway, let's talk about me falling my eyes at it in business class. First of all, I got upgraded to business class on the way there, on the flight there, and on the flight home. Like if that's not an upgrade, I mean, that's an literal obvious upgrade, right?

I'm talking about like a personal professional identity upgrade that I've been having. so yeah, like actually literally being upgraded on both of my flights. Was just the best kind of literal upgrade. It was so great. Um, it has just definitely added to and compounded the upgrades I've been receiving from this week.

Holy shit, you guys. This week I am looking at closing out the month with an almost $30,000 sales month. We just this morning signed. Contracts to our first [00:03:00] investment property. Fingers crossed that it all goes smoothly, right? I know it's not done until it's done. Right. so what did I say? Two business class upgrades, almost $30,000 month.

signing incredible clients signed contracts for an investment property. And the fact that I just had four days interstate on. Like, whilst I was still working, like I still had my client calls, um, but I got to see my best friend and her new little baby who's so bloody beautiful. Two of my best friends.

Oh, and I had the most quantum leaky identity shifting professional photo shoot ever. Oh my gosh. It was so incredible. If you follow me on Instagram, you will know what I mean, like. I had that many messages from people going, oh my God, who are you? I'm successful. Who are you? But yeah, like it felt amazing.

I was like pushing boundaries, like [00:04:00] unapologetically showing up as my most audacious pleasure, fuel, desire driven self. And like you can see it in these photos. Roche, my photographer. I will link her in the show notes for anyone who wants to use her as their branding shoot photographer. She's incredible.

She's done my last lot and this lot. so yeah, these last two photo shoots over the last sort of maybe two or three years. I think the last ones might have been two years ago. Wow. So like, just so many upgrades. So much, so many wonderful things happening. Life and stuff that I knew was coming years and years ago.

And see, this is a thing, right? I started my business just after I'd had my second baby. Now this is after experiencing postnatal depression and anxiety and insomnia after my first baby was born, my second baby's born and I am filled with like creativity and desire, and. [00:05:00] So wanting to start my own coaching business and I had to decide I had to like put a condition on myself that the only way I was going to build my business and grow my business and operate my business was by ensuring that it brought me pleasure, that it was what I desired, that it wasn't.

Filled with obligations and shoulds and doing shit that I didn't wanna do. Like this has been day one for my business. I do not have the, you know, the journey or the story where like, you know, I completely burnt out and that's why now I prioritize. Pleasure. No, like, I mean, I suppose I did like as postpartum me, um, but not in business.

And so, yeah, like I have prioritized pleasure from day one in my business and sometimes that looked like. Resting instead of working. Sometimes that looked like results, feeling as though they are coming slower than if I was hustling. [00:06:00] And so I was just sitting on the plane today and taking off, getting that like absolute thrill of like getting airborne.

Honestly, this is gonna sound a little bit strange. Maybe it's like tingly nipples, like stiff nipple kind. For real. Isn't that so strange? But I'm here for it unapologetically. So yeah, I was having these, this actual incredible like present moment where I was filled with just like such gratitude and like thankfulness for my life and such.

Oh, such like, I feel like it's almost, I don't know if it's accountability or just like a sense of honoring. Myself for bringing myself to this day, this moment, this experience, this kind of like incredible life that I have created. Which I don't know, maybe it sounds wanky, but I'm no longer in a place where I want to not celebrate the things [00:07:00] that I wanna celebrate.

And I think in me doing that, that gives others the permission to do the same. And I think the only thing that kind of holds me back from. Wanting to say these things and share these celebrations out loud and you know, the fear of like looking too much or being a bit wanky, like bragging about myself. I think that's not coming from me.

Like I know that's not my intention and where it's coming from is this place of societal conditioning where it's like, oh, you have to be humble and you have to keep your success quiet and you know, all of those kind of stories. And so look, if that feels good for you and that works for you, by all means, but for me, I am like, no.

Like I wanna celebrate and I wanna celebrate publicly. And also I know it's gonna be beneficial because I've heard from clients and people, in my community. It's helpful. It is helpful when you see other women creating epic results knowing that, well, hey, like I'm in her world. I can do [00:08:00] that too. That is also available for me.

And so if this episode and my celebrations, if the only thing they really do for you today is help you peel off an extra layer of discomfort or fear or hesitation around celebrating your wins, then that's another win for me. You know? Okay, so I'm taking off on the plane. I just get this overwhelming sense of gratitude and thankfulness and like honoring of self, like honoring of myself, of like knowing that this was always waiting for me.

That these kind of results I knew I knew were coming even when I had no evidence to prove me otherwise, even when I had an interesting experience this year where. I pretty much had the rug pulled out from underneath me a number of times in a row, which real really like deflated me [00:09:00] and felt hurtful even though I know it wasn't personal.

Um, you know, even through things not working out and just knowing that everything that I have been doing up until now has been stacking to create the results of this week have been stacking. To continue to allow me to keep trending up and to keep, I wanna say, like painting the picture that I knew in my heart was available to me.

So anyway, today we're, we are taking off, I get this overwhelming sense of gratitude and I'm like so proud of myself and my hubby and I, and so I literally have this, I start bawling, I start bawling in business class. Oh my God. It's sort of like I'm in the first row on the aisle and there is one of the air, do you say hostesses?

Still air stewards. Anyway, the one of the people working on the plane, she was sitting on that little foldout seat that's like in the aisle that faces everyone. So she's like facing me [00:10:00] and I just start like, I can't help it. Like this feeling just overtakes me and I'm just like, oh my God. This is, oh, this is just.

I'm so thankful and I have tears running down my face. So this was like, not the, like snot covered hot mess, mushed up, ugly face, kind of like that kind of bawling. This was just like floodgates open tears are streaming down my face cannot stop the stream, kind of bawling. And I just let myself, I let myself, because I did not want to put a lid on my gratitude.

I did not want to take my presence away. From the moment that we've been building together as both my, my husband, Jake, and I, and that I've been building in my business, I did not want to dampen my beautiful feelings and so I let myself ball in business class. I let the tears stream and. I just [00:11:00] let myself, I let the emotion move through me and just kept like feeling the feelings in my body.

Now, the reason I wanna do this, and the reason why I wanna highlight this experience is obviously because I think it's kind of funny that I was crying in business class and probably that would be something that people would hide and not talk about and be maybe ashamed of. But I am not here for that.

But I wanted to share with you that that experience is something that is from growth. Yes, it is strategic growth. It is taking the action, you know, taking the steps, doing what I desire, and also. Something that I had to really allow myself to do today was to hold that energy and to hold that feeling and to hold the, the gratitude and the thankfulness and the like.

Oh my gosh. I feel like I'm here. And I know this [00:12:00] is just beginning the beginning. There's so much more to come, but I noticed that I did start to wanna squash it down it was less about maybe being embarrassed with, with the, the steward like facing me, probably wondering what the hell.

but it was more like, okay, this is enough. Like, turn off the faucet. This is enough. Like the whole idea of how good can it get also has a capacity to it. Now I know we can grow our capacity. We can grow our capacity to hold the discomfort, to hold the feelings of maybe like fear of judgment or embarrassment or, you know, uncertainty.

we are, we need to, in order to create success in our businesses and in our bodies. We need to be able to increase our capacity to hold the things up that end of the spectrum, but we also need to increase our capacity to hold the energy and the experience and [00:13:00] the, frequencies and the upgrades up the other end of the spectrum as well, to be able to hold the abundance and the freedom and the pleasure, you know?

Um, how many times I want you to think, how many times have you felt like. Oh, this thing that I'm doing is a bit of a guilty pleasure, or like, oh, no, I've asked for enough, or, oh, I've received enough. Yeah. You cannot continue to grow in your body, in your nervous system, in your capacity, in your energy, in your abundance, in your freedom, in your income, if you aren't allowing that positive end of the spectrum capacity to grow as well.

And so it would've felt. Easier and actually more comfortable to squash it down and to decide that, oh, this is, this is too much, and kind of almost like energetically create a barrier to any more abundance and any more lightness and freedom and pleasure and joy and like all the good things. It [00:14:00] felt actually way more comfortable to do that, and I'm so glad I didn't because I know that this is part of the work as well.

So, while you are maybe experiencing secondhand embarrassment for me, I'm not, because I know there is a purpose to letting myself feel these feelings and letting myself be with this energetic elevation to kind of feel the frequency of this. I wanna say like quantum leap, even though that does sound really Coach Speaky.

To just allow myself to hold the energy of this upgrade. And so while I was sitting there with tears streaming down my face, I was closing my eyes. I had my suns on. So I feel like that makes it a little bit better. I had my eyes closed. I was laying the tears stream down my face, and I was just like feeling that feeling in my body.

I was making it, making sure my body knew and my nervous system knew it was safe, that I am safe at this [00:15:00] capacity. I am safe at this level of abundance. I'm safe at this level of income. I am safe to be able to enjoy this level of freedom and pleasure, and joy and alignment in my life.

As I kept my eyes closed, I just kept turning the volume up on that feeling and it started to feel fucking euphoric

Oh my gosh. Doors to the Pleasure Entrepreneur Mastermind are opening soon, and yes, I am already having some presale chats, so if you're feeling that pool DM me, but that's not what this message is about. I have been thinking about those of you who are going to be jumping inside the Mastermind for the next round and what you are really desiring right now.

Yes, you want to enjoy your business, but what you really want is to be making more money and signing more clients in a way that feels good for you. So I've created something completely free for you. It's called the Pleasure Powered Sales series. I love a bit of alliteration. [00:16:00] It is a five day email series that shows you how to make way more sales with way more pleasure.

We are drawn to what feels good, and when selling feels good, you wanna do it more. And when you do it more, you make more sales. So hit the link in the show notes, pop your details in, and get ready to learn how to sell with pleasure. These five days will shift how you sell, how you show up, and how you make money forever more.

And the thing is that feeling isn't new for me. I feel like holding it for the time that I have been holding it over this entire week, this feeling of like gratitude and oh my gosh, how good does it get to be? That kind of feeling of euphoria in the plane is not something that's new to me. It's something I have been dialing into and practicing and playing with from day one in my business from before I'd ever recorded a podcast episode before I'd ever written a page of my book that was published before I ever even signed my first client.

You know, in [00:17:00] Melbourne, when I lived in Melbourne a few years ago, this is when I started my business, we had a little studio out the back of our house, and I used to get up early in the mornings and I would go into that studio and I would dance with my eyes closed and like headphones in because I don't know about you, but sometimes the volume is just not loud enough and less the earphones are like in my ears at full ball.

So. I'm literally connecting with this sense of gratitude and oh my gosh, 30 K months and like, oh my gosh, this sense of satisfaction and fulfillment with the incredible women I get to work with and calling in my clients, whether it was for that day, that month, that year, or the next decade. You know, really just allowing myself to have such fun and find the pleasure and find the, the euphoria of that experience.

This has been something that I've done as a pleasure practice since having kids. Um, I really connect with music and with dance and I used to, that looked like for me, uh, having massive [00:18:00] weekends and going out, dancing until all hours of the morning, multiple times a weekend. And after I had kids, I found it really hard to like do that.

all of my babies were breastfed oftentimes, like, oh, every 45 minutes. So there wasn't a lot of freedom, um, for me to actually go out and dance. Plus, I also didn't have the desire. I was fucking tired, man. And so I worked out that if I just made a really great playlist and I got my little babes to bed, I could stick my earphones in my ear and dance in my backyard.

And most times I would connect with that, that feeling. So it was so nice today that as we are taking off, that I really connected with that feeling again, it showed up stronger and was there longer than ever. I have been celebrating all of my wins from day one, and I've gotten really good at celebrating.

And when you get really good at celebrating, as in like becoming aware of what there is to celebrate. [00:19:00] Also taking a moment to just actually consciously celebrate yourself. Maybe that also looks like dancing in the backyard. Maybe it looks like buying yourself some flowers or doing something special for yourself, or being generous with your money and buying something for someone else.

Like I have been celebrating all of the things in my business since day one and allowing myself to connect with that feeling, and so. Today was such a a total, I, I knew today was such a bigger upgrade for me because I've never felt that feeling so strong and I've never been able to hold that feeling for so long.

Like I still feel like I'm on a high, even just driving with all this traffic back home now. And so what I want to share with you is like, feel your feelings. Feel your feelings. I want you to feel your feelings, like of course, yes. I want you to feel the discomfort and the [00:20:00] embarrassment and the disappointment and like whatever there is, you know, up the most uncomfortable end of the spectrum.

I wanna say like the, the negative end of the spectrum. That's how we kind of see feelings, I feel. So I want you to practice feeling your feelings at both end of the spectrum. You know, we, yes, we need to be able to hold our capacity and our energy at the end of the spectrum where there is discomfort and embarrassment and shame and fear of judgment in order to grow.

But we also need to feel our feelings and be able to have the capacity to hold them up the other end of the spectrum as well. So I'm gonna invite you to maybe for the rest of your week, dial in with what there is for you to celebrate. Dial in, like turn the volume up on those micro moments of pleasure.

You know, one of my clients, she calls it microdosing rest or micro dosing pleasure. And I think that's so perfect. Like I want you to microdose your pleasure and notice those micro moments [00:21:00] of pleasure, of joy, of abundance, of freedom. Like what is it that you wanna be calling in? We focus on, we find the evidence of, so what do you wanna find the evidence of?

Do you wanna find the evidence of joy, abundance freedom, like highest income months you've ever earned? Like most ideal dream clients that you can work with weeks where you can go on holidays and visit people that you love and still be able to work. Yeah, like what we focus on, we find the evidence.

Evidence of, so number one, focus on what you wanna find the evidence of, and then. When you become aware of that in your experience, maybe it's freedom for you. Maybe it's like simply just realizing that you've got so much freedom. You've got freedom to decide what you wear for the day. You've got freedom to decide whether you do or don't shower or brush your teeth, or I would recommend you do, but you've got the freedom to choose.

You know, you've got the freedom to, I don't know, fill in the blank. [00:22:00] So I want you to focus on. What you wanna create in your life and find more of. Then when you find it in your day, even the micro moments, I want you to dial in. I want you to intentionally feel it in your body. Where can you feel it in your body?

What does it feel like? Do you have little stiff nipples and butterflies in your belly like I did? Right? I want you to focus on where it is in your body. What does it feel like? What are you noticing? Are the physical sensations in your body? Is your heart rate increasing? As I said, do you have butterflies?

Do you have sweaty palms? Do you have shaky hands? Do you feel a little bit like you wanna puke All these things I felt this morning after signing the contracts for our investment property. Yeah, so let yourself feel those feelings. And the reason why is because I want your nervous system to know that it is safe to feel those feelings and be able to hold that capacity.

Remember, the more we can hold the capacity at both ends of the spectrum. The, the [00:23:00] greater capacity we have to grow. So I think, I feel like we have talked through this process. I feel like I've given you such really great visuals of my experience today. I hope that you have enjoyed part of the drive home with me from the airport and just know that.

You are not crazy when you feel something in your body, when you have desires for what you want and you have an inner knowing that like, oh, I feel like I could do that for myself. I feel like I could create that kind of business. I feel like I could create that kind of life like you have. When you have that inner knowing that's motivating you.

There'll be times when you wanna question that. There'll be times when you'll go, am I crazy? Am I delusional? And just know you are not like, I, I fully believe that it is an inner guidance, like an inner compass, you know where you are headed. Do not discount where you are headed. Do not discount the steps to [00:24:00] be celebrated on the way.

Let yourself know that you are absolutely on path to where you know your destination is. You are on the way. And even if sometimes you are not getting that. 3D physical real life evidence. I want you to

know that that doesn't mean it's not coming for you. Yeah. All right, my love. So feel your feelings, ball your eyes out in business class. Enjoy yourself. The more practice you are at feeling the pleasurable feelings at feeling the gratitude and the thankfulness, and the joy and the freedom and the abundance and the pleasure, like the more practice you are at that, the easier it is to access and the greater capacity.

You have to hold that for longer. Thank you for joining me for this podcast episode you'll hear me back here next week. We are getting closer to the end of the year. I currently have only one spot available to coach with me one-on-one before the end of the year. We can get started [00:25:00] now and we've opened the wait list for the Pleasurepreneur Mastermind wait list is open now.
