The use of apps, tools, equipment, monitoring, and wearables that bring together your fitness and digital lives – also known as connected fitness – has exploded during the Coronavirus pandemic. Even though many of us are back in the gym, a lot of us are combining those workouts with work we found we could do outside of a gym. This can make your routine, well…feel like less of one. And it can certainly make it more challenging. Looks like this trend is here to stay!
