Paulina Salazar is a Broker Associate and Team Lead of San Diego Elite under the Real Technologies Brokerage. She is passionate about helping people and driven to assist them in reaching their real estate goals. She is a San Diego native and see's her future continuing in her hometown. Paulina is bilingual in Spanish and English, which allows her to easily communicate with individuals around her.She prides herself in knowing she does the best when negotiating for her clients as well as educating them through out the process. Her first year in Real Estate she sold 17 homes, her second year she sold 33, her third year she focused on luxury and now she is in the top 3% of realtors here in San Diego. Shortly after her first year Paulina decided to write a book about her success for all new real estate agents, it is now published and available and free.
