In The Internet Well-being Podcast I am looking for ways to improve social life and change approach to the surrounding world for the better. I am focused on finding some peace in everyday life as well as handling inner self. The reason I started this podcast is that I would finally do the things I said I would try, but I never did. The concept of the podcast is that you could do things I talk about along with me and try what works for you. I am far from being a mental health specialist, but I do my best to cover every topic that matter. Now you can chill and enjoy new episode every week.

If you are struggling with pre-exam stress this episode is for you. I had the same problem and everytime I felt dumb and forgot everything I'd studied during tests. I was looking for a solution which is easy to implement and not complicated.I thing I found one!
This episode is based on Kelly McGonigal ted talk "How to make stress your friend" - I highly recommend it and other things from Ms.McGonigal.
I will explain how I changed my approach to stress and why. How beliefs of stress are dangerous and why it is good to reach out to someone during stressful situations.
