Today, Kirby Toribio, health and wellness coach joins me on the podcast. She has an incredible journey overcoming her own struggle with balancing her hormones and discovered the importance of good nutrition, appropriate exercise, and God's grace in fitness. She is now coaching and help educating women how to empower themselves around their cycle and how to exercise based on their individual needs and not as a construct of what our culture deems necessary to be healthy. 

Kirby is so informative, helping us to understand not only what our cycle even is, but how to support it through exercise. She gives us many different examples of exercises that could be beneficial during the four different phases of our monthly cycle.
