Show Notes

Today is a day I think I have only dreamed about, 100 episodes. So many amazing conversations, connections, and opportunities for learning. Podcasting is seriously one of the coolest things I have ever been a part of doing. This podcast has been a labor of love and I am so grateful for the ability to share all of the amazing things I am learning, and God has been revealing to me over the last 2 years.

I hope you enjoy this conversation and helps give you a little more of a glimpse into the world of Embrace. Live. Thrive. Please continue to like and share my podcast episodes, information I share on my social, all the upcoming learning opportunities to help me continue to grow this platform and help women who so desperately need to hear its ok to not be ok but let's not stay there.

Sarah Bio:
Sarah Meyer has been married to her husband Mike for 16 years and they have 5 children all aged 8 and under. She graduated with her doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 and worked full time in outpatient therapy until starting her family in 2014. She and her husband made the decision for her to step away from her career and stay home while their children were little. Sarah struggled with severe depression and anxiety as she continued to have children. She ultimately spiraled down to the point of suicidal ideations and limited to basic care for her children. It was through a series of God moments that she was led back into a healthy lifestyle and now has a passion to help other women who are struggling with the same thing.

Sarah launched Embrace. Live. Thrive. at the end of 2020 and is on mission to destigmatize mental health issues in motherhood and educate women on foundations of self -care. She has been working to build her podcast also tilted “Embrace. Live. Thrive”, which can be found on all the major podcast apps. Sarah is active on Facebook and Instagram working to bring awareness and connection to a world that is hurting.  She will be releasing her coaching programs later this month working to support women who are struggling with identity, healthy living, and so much more.
