Love&BLoved Podcast with Lena Cebula
Welcome to Love&BLoved™ platform.
I’m Lena Cebula, I’m Lena Cebula — wife, mother of three, Certified Christian Leadership Coach, speaker, author of Miraculous: My Journey from Hell to Heaven, and founder of Love&BLoved™ and The Renewal Method Academy™.
I am passionate about helping Christian moms grow in faith and intentional motherhood by learning to manage stress, so they can model a life of faith, stewardship, stability, and peace for their children.
I created this series because I believe moms need a space where they can be encouraged, equipped, and reminded that they are loved, chosen, capable, and never beyond God’s grace. Through these conversations, my hope is to share stories of faith, resilience, and personal growth that offer practical wisdom and encouragement for every season of motherhood.
If this podcast encourage you, please share them with a friend, leave a rating, or subscribe so more hearts can find hope through these conversations.

New Episode of Love&BLoved Podcast! My guest says: “Healing rarely happens in isolation. We do not have to have it all together because we have a God who does.” Joining me today is Jess Ward.
Jess is an author, speaker, Bible teacher, wife, mom, and proud grandmother who is passionate about helping women see God’s grace in the middle of brokenness, waiting, healing, and everyday life. She is the author of Broken Can Be Beautiful, a faith-based book that encourages women to trust God with the painful, unfinished, and unseen parts of their stories.
In this conversation, Jess shares her personal journey of faith, healing, and restoration, reminding us that healing is not a destination but a process of drawing closer to Christ. She offers practical encouragement for women who are carrying grief, disappointment, unanswered prayers, or seasons of waiting.
On today’s episode Jess shares:
- Why healing is a journey and not a linear process.
- How to break isolation and build meaningful support through God, trusted friendships, and community.
- Finding hope, purpose, and God’s faithfulness in seasons of brokenness, waiting, and unanswered prayers.
Remember: Your story is not over. God is still working, healing, and revealing His beauty through every chapter of your life.
